The Plotters’s Forest After Dark Twilight Halloween Trail
At Raby’s woodland adventure playground, The Plotters’ Forest, an after dark twilight Halloween trail awaits. As the sun sets, this spooktacular setting comes to life with an illuminated after dark trail through the pine tree plantation where magical inhabitants come to life. Families will need to look out for the spooky spiders, wicked witches and creaking skeletons as they collect the creepy clues, with a tasty treat from The Plotters’ Pantry lookout deck awaiting all those who complete the trail.
Visitors can enjoy all that the trail has to offer as late as 6.30pm for a more illuminated experience, with earlier slots starting from 4.30pm available from 27th October to the 4th November.
For those who are looking for a daytime Halloween treat, there will also be a trail at The Plotters’ Forest during its 10am to 4pm opening hours, from 30th September to the 5th November.
High Force Waterfall
Part of the Raby Estate and just half an hour down the road, the magnificent High Force Waterfall will also be hosting a Halloween trail along its spectacular woodland walk. A spooky mission awaits as families will need to collect a series of spinetingling clues to find their way back to High Force Hotel. Serving delicious sweet-treats and hot drinks, adventurers can relax in the hotel’s cosy setting after completing their Halloween mission.
